This machine is mainly used for palletizing various tinplate beverage cans and cans. Higher degree of automation, with stable and accurate movement,fewer faults, durable and other characteristics, can replace manual palletizing mode, save manpower, greatly improve production efficiency. Functional characteristics

The forklift truck carries the stacked cans from the constant temperature warehouse to the unloading position and starts work. The stack plate elevator is to lift the full stack plate after positioning to the unloading height. When the empty tank is unloaded, the empty stack plate is removed. It can adjust the speed of rising or falling independently to meet the needs of operation. Empty unloading tank is made of permanent magnet steel suction cup parts which suck the tank. When the tank is sent to the height of unloading tank, the suction cup sucks the whole layer of tank to the net conveyor, then returns to the ready position, continues to push the next layer out one layer, and then sends it to the net belt. This action circulates back and forth until the whole stack is unloaded.
