XW24-6/XW18-4/XW12-4 Combination Machine for Filling and Sealing Easy-Opening Cans

This machine is developed on the basis of digestion and absorption of domestic and foreign (non-gas) cans filling and sealing machine (sealing machine). According to the principle of atmospheric pressure filling, when empty tank enters the lifting tray through the pulley, the filling valve and empty tank are aligned, the empty tank is lifted and sealed, and the valve opening of filling valve is opened automatically. When the filling liquid level blockades the return pipe opening of the valve, the filling stops. The canned cans are sent to the sealing head by hook chain, and the lid is sent to the filling mouth by the cover feeder and the pressure head. When the supporting mechanism is lifted, the pressure head tightens the cans. The sealing wheel first pre- sealing and then solid sealing. After the cans are sealed, the beating head of the cover mechanism is pushed out, and then the cans are transported out of the cans.

Functional characteristics

The main electrical components are PLC, frequency converter and proximity switch of Mitsubishi Japan, analog output of Siemens Germany and solenoid valve of Korea. The most reasonable configuration form is designed by senior electrical engineer of the company. The whole production speed can be set by itself on the touch screen according to the requirements. All common faults are automatically alarmed and the corresponding fault causes are given. The severity of the obstacle, the PLC automatically determines whether the host can continue to run or stop.
This machine is characterized by fast filling speed, consistency of liquid level in tank to filling mouth after filling, smooth operation, good sealing quality, elegant appearance, convenient use and maintenance, etc.
