1. It is strictly forbidden to use water to clean home-brewed beer equipment, including c1 detergent or disinfectant.

3. Household beer equipment should always check the grounding problem of each motor and the representative of the electrical wiring of the pump to ensure that the electrical wiring is correct. According to the guidelines, regularly check the oil level of the gear motor and hydraulic tools, and add lubricating oil to the stirring motor. Regularly check the agitation and tightness of the coulter connection part, all pumps will not be idling or reversed, and the pump seal needs to be replaced immediately if the pump is found to be leaking.

4. Regularly check whether there are foreign objects and pollutants in the hopper of the crusher, check whether the bolts on the crusher are loose, the reliability of the crusher belt and the safety protection device of the belt, and clean the grinding roller of the crusher.

5. Check the pressure of the heavy steam household heater from time to time to ensure that the safety valve is normal and the steam collector is unblocked; do not turn on the household heater until the specified liquid level is reached. Warning signs should be hung on the top of various heat pipes such as steam and wort, as well as on the top of saccharification equipment to prevent burns when the equipment is running.
